Gainsight Releases a Customer Success Professional Learning Platform

FREMONT, CA: Gainsight, a customer success company, released Pulse+, an online subscription service for professional development, career, and community fellowship in the industry. The online media platform, which is subscription-based, combines premium e-learning and industry-grade certifications with original content and behind-the-scenes stories of major companies and thought leaders.  The platform will provide year-round programs, on-demand training, unique video sets, and podcasts as it aims to develop the careers of skilled professionals around the world.

In 2015, Gainsight built the customer success university to aid success professionals to learn and apply the skills to their business through courses, training, and certification. The Pulse academy has evolved by providing training to more than 8000 people globally. During this period, a 736 percent rise in the role customer success manager is also recognized.

The Academy realizes that it is essential to foster a whole set of diverse perspectives and latest lessons from the industry leaders and veterans, who work day in and day out to drive success for their customers.
