Thomson Broadcast Signs a definitive agreement to acquire GatesAir to Expand operations in the US Market.

Thomson Broadcast has signed a definitive agreement to acquire GatesAir from an affiliate of The Gores Group (Gores), a global pioneer in wireless, over-the-air content delivery systems for radio and television. The acquisition is expected to complete in the second half of 2022, subject to certain regulatory filings. The transaction's specifics were not revealed.
