Just Add Power has revealed its technology lineup for InfoComm 2021, held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, from October 27 to 29.

FREMONT, CA: AV over IP is a rapidly expanding business for good reason: high-quality, low-latency video distribution, lower user costs, easier-to-create and-modify AV networks, and significantly more potential for creativity. Just Add Power, a pioneer in AV-over-IP distribution, will debut its products MaxColor™ 4K60 transmitter and receiver series and Advanced Matrix Programmer (AMP) software for multicast switching systems at the InfoComm 2021, held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, from October 27 to 29. Also on display will be Just Add Power's award-winning 2G/3G ST1 Sound Transceiver, Warp Engine, and collaborations with Aveo Systems, Enado, and Luxul.

Speaking about the convention, Taft Stricklin, Sales Team Manager at Just Add Power comments, "We couldn't be more excited to finally return to the show floor in Florida, and we're marking the occasion with the introduction of a range of new capabilities for Just Add Power systems that our customers have been asking for. From the debut of native 4K60 support and new programming software to flexible audio and video wall capabilities and integration partnerships, it's going to be an event to remember in our booth. We can't wait to see you there."

Just Add Power's MaxColor 4K60 transmitter and receiver set natively supports 4K60 in and out, enabling end-users to view 4K Ultra HD video from a growing range of 4K sources and devices. Utilizing MaxColor, 4K 12-bit video can be distributed via current Cat 5/Cat 6 cable, saving money on fiber upgrades and network switch purchases. Additionally, MPEG downstream for connected devices like a laptop or a mobile device is supported by the series. For the optimum viewing experience, MaxColor offers immediate, seamless switching, 4K up- and downscaling, every audio format, seamless HDR management, and Dolby Vision.

Just Add Power's new AMP software, designed for locations with current infrastructure or particular network constraints that don't permit a separate AV distribution switch, will also make its premiere. AMP simplifies the process of configuring individual Just Add Power devices by identifying them on the local network, showing them in a list, and enabling installers to name them, configure their IP addresses, and assign channels to transmitters and helping with firmware updates. AMP offers a user interface to manage source shifting once the Just Add Power system is configured.
